4. Refunds

We aim to be fair and transparent. If a refund is available for your purchase, it applies only to unused content and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis based on the specific product or service.

• Request assistance as soon as possible after purchase; delays may reduce eligibility.
• If substantial portions of a course have been consumed (for example, significant video completion, downloads, or repeated access), we may deny or prorate a refund.
• Payment processor fees, chargeback fees, or non-refundable third-party costs may be deducted where permitted.

• Our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable product or service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
